The token model

One trip costs one token. Your plan sets what a token costs.

A simulation consists of vehicles and routes. Each vehicle×route combination is one trip — and costs exactly one token, on every plan. Tokens are only spent when you click “Start simulation”: reopening, viewing or exporting an already computed simulation costs nothing, and a failed run costs no token.

Topped-up tokens cost exactly what the included tokens of your plan cost — no surcharge for buying mid-month, no volume discount. Credit-card top-up is in preparation; until then we unlock tokens via [email protected]. Tokens accumulate and never expire while your subscription runs. They are cleared when you cancel or move down to On Demand; when you switch between paid plans, your balance stays. Your results remain accessible in any case. Billing is per account: all users of a company share one token pool, and the number of users is unlimited.

What does a trip cost?+

A trip costs one token — on every plan. What a token costs depends on your plan: 1.20 € on Basic, 1.00 € on Standard and 0.80 € on Professional. Without a subscription, a token costs 2.00 €. That rate applies to included and topped-up tokens alike. A simulation costs as many tokens as it has trips: trips = vehicles × routes.

What is the launch offer?+

Subscribe by 31 December 2026 and pay half price for the first twelve months: Basic 60 €, Standard 100 €, Professional 200 € per month. The included tokens stay the same, so in the first year a trip effectively costs 0.60 €, 0.50 € or 0.40 €. The regular price applies from the second year.

Do I need a credit card to get started?+

No. You sign up with your email address, without payment details, and start with a free starting credit. You only need payment details when you top up tokens or take out a subscription — and for now that does not run by credit card either, but via [email protected].

What can On Demand do — and what can't it?+

On Demand simulates in full: you set up routes and vehicles and run trips, each costing one token. You can receive and view shared simulations. Sharing simulations yourself is available from Basic.

When does a bigger plan pay off?+

Because topped-up tokens always cost your plan's rate, the maths is simple: from around 170 trips per month, Standard is cheaper than Basic plus top-ups; from 400 trips per month, Professional is cheaper than Standard. You can upgrade at any time and downgrade at the end of your term; your token balance stays when you move between paid plans.

What happens to unused tokens?+

They never expire. Unused tokens accumulate month after month while your subscription runs. The balance is only cleared when you cancel or move down to On Demand; when you switch between paid plans, it stays. Your already computed results remain accessible in any case.

How does billing work?+

All paid plans are billed monthly. On Demand has no base fee — you buy tokens as needed. Enterprise is handled by invoice.

How long does a subscription run?+

Basic, Standard and Professional run for twelve months. Unless cancelled at the end of the term, the subscription renews automatically for another 12 months. You can upgrade at any time; moving to a smaller plan is possible at the end of the current term. On Demand has no term — you buy tokens when you need them. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.

What does it cost to list my own components?+

Uncertified own components can be listed from Standard at no extra charge. Certified components, visible to every user, cost 100 € per month per component and are available from Professional. Components are everything that is manufacturer-specific.

What sets Professional apart from Standard?+

Professional includes 500 tokens at the best token rate (effectively 0.80 € per trip) and is aimed at manufacturers and suppliers: you submit certified components that are visible to every user. Your own branding on shared simulations and reports is in the works.

Do prices include VAT?+

No — all prices are net, plus statutory VAT. Companies with a valid VAT ID within the EU (outside Germany) are billed under the reverse-charge procedure.

Payment methods & invoicing?+

The plan is self-service by credit card for On Demand, Basic, Standard and Professional; on On Demand we only ask for payment details at your first top-up. Enterprise is handled by invoice. Credit-card self-service is not switched on yet. Until then, write to [email protected] — we set up tokens and subscriptions for you personally.
